Dear Sir,Madam,

I am writing to tell you of the excellent service I received from your staff member, Carol, when I recently hired a van. She was efficient, knowledgable, helpful and friendly from the first of several phone calls and then when I picked up the vehicle.

In this day and age I think service is considered an old fashioned value and is not provided to customers as a matter of course. To often people are quick to complain and therefore I feel when one receives exeedingly good customer service it is nice for it to be acknowledged.

When I rent vehicles from "Better Service Rentals' every endeavour is made by staff to meet my individual requirements.

My needs are anticipated and considered in a relaxed position and friendly manner. Cars are mechanically well maintained , clean, tidy and ready for me.

It has been easy to establish a good working relationship and rapport with BSR'S helpful staff who have provided a service over time which is both knowledgeable and professional.
